All of us experience difficult periods in our lives. These may be due to pressures from relationships, health worries, work, bereavement or loss, to mention a few causes.
It can be hard to see a way ahead, especially when emotional stress feels overwhelming, often affecting our sleep, motivation and enjoyment in life.
Thinking clearly can become difficult and we may experience low mood, anxiety, phobic responses or uncertainty about the direction of our lives.
Clarity offers ‘a range of therapeutic interventions’ but through a detailed assessment can help you decide which intervention would best suit your difficulty and your personality.

Many people are hesitant about seeking help. You do not have to be in a crisis or even to know exactly the problem is or to be good at expressing yourself to benefit from therapy. In reality, most of us want a way forward and a solution-focused therapy.
All services offered can also be offered online via Zoom or Skype. Online services may not feel accessible to all however I am happy to guide all clients to find a safe and accessible online platform.
